At Raayah, your satisfaction is important to us. Every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packed before it is dispatched to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

You received a damaged product.

You received an incorrect item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Personalised or customised jewellery

Products marked as Final Sale

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours or after the order has been dispatched cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
